Overcharged Titan Console Explained

Additional powers drop from end-of-delve chests
Belt can be upgraded 5 times, up to item level 700

Energy Shield: Absorb shield proc
Each power is tied to a specific delve and requires the Miniature Titan Disc from that delve.
Weekly Quest & Belt Upgrades
