The highlight of Patch 11.0.7 is the brand-new Siren Isle zone. Located in the deeper reaches of the ocean, this island once served as a hub for Kul Tiran Azerite mining. However, the miners have mysteriously vanished, leaving behind traces of their existence and a wealth of secrets waiting to be uncovered. Adventurers are drawn to Siren Isle by its enigmatic allure and the promise of powerful rewards.
To unlock Siren Isle, complete the questline from Dawn inside the Foundation Hall in Dornogal:
The Radiant Vault (Unlocks Cyrce's Circlet)
Reforged Anew (Unlocks Windsinger's Runed Citrine).
The Circlet Calls (Unlocks world quests and events in Siren Isle).
Initially, players access the zone via Zeppelin from Dornogal. Upon completing the introduction, a Mole Machine outside Gundargaz in the Ringing Deeps provides faster travel.
Flying isn’t immediately available on Siren Isle. However, players can unlock it through progression:
Unlock by completing the quest Peak Precision.
Purchase Go-Packs from Sally Boltwrench at Flotsam Shoal during non-storm phases.
Each Go-Pack costs 10 Flame-Blessed Iron, lasts 1 hour, and provides limited gliding capabilities.
Mastering the Winds:
Finish the quest Cyrce Would Be So Proud to fully unlock flying during non-storm phases.
Note: Storm phases restrict flying regardless of progression.
Siren Isle introduces dynamic weather phases that significantly impact gameplay:
Calm Weather Phase: Easier exploration with access to flying and standard activities.
Storm Phase: Harsh winds and waves limit flying while introducing tougher enemies and unique objectives. Players can choose to enter or avoid storm zones based on their goals.
Flame-Blessed Iron is a central currency for Siren Isle. Players can use it to:
Purchase mounts, pets, transmog gear, and more
Upgrade the new Cyrce's Circlet ring
Trigger Major Excavation events
Common Mobs: 1-5 Flame-Blessed Iron
Elite Mobs: 5-25 Flame-Blessed Iron
Rare Mobs: 100-150 Flame-Blessed Iron
Treasure Chests: 25-75 Flame-Blessed Iron
Daily Quests: 200 Flame-Blessed Iron
Major Excavation Events: 250-300 Flame-Blessed Iron (from bosses).
Siren Isle features three major caves: Shuddering Hollow, The Drain, and The Drowned Lair. These caves house powerful enemies and valuable loot.
Contribute 150 Flame-Blessed Iron to initiate an excavation event.
Once started, a rare boss spawns with unique rewards.
Events have a 5-minute cooldown after completion, allowing for continuous participation.
