AION 2 is live worldwide on Steam and PURPLE, NCSOFT's free-to-play return to Atreia, 200 years after the original. The Tower of Eternity is gone, the Elyos and Asmodians are still at war, the Balaur are stronger than ever, and the world is 36 times larger than the first game's, built in Unreal Engine 5 around flight and aerial combat.
That's the fun and the problem. AION 2 stacks progression systems on top of each other: levels, Daevanion points, Stigmas, Arcana, gear enhancement, and Abyss rank, each with its own activities, currencies, and weekly limits. Keeping up with all of it at launch, while everyone else races to the top, is a second job. We run the parts you don't have time for, so you get straight to the content you came to Atreia for. Running boosts since 2016: skip the grind, keep the progress.
Two factions: the Elyos of the light and the Asmodians of the dark, fighting each other and the Balaur.
Eight classes: Templar, Gladiator, Assassin, Ranger, Sorcerer, Spiritmaster, Cleric, and Chanter.
Flight is combat: wings aren't just travel. Altitude and aerial fights are built into every region and battlefield.
Two currencies: Kinah, earned only by playing, and Quna, the premium currency for cosmetics and the battle pass.

Powerleveling. Any level reached through efficient questing and dungeons, so you hit endgame while the server is still fresh.
Open-world progression. Every Seal Dungeon on your map cleared for Daevanion points, all Strongholds taken for their permanent account-wide rewards, and Empyrean Traces collected for Wisdom Stones, Amulet Scrolls, and Monolith levels.
Expeditions. Any Expedition, Normal or Heroic, run with an experienced team. The clear and its guaranteed rewards are certain; rare gear drops are random, so we farm them rather than promise them from a single run.
Transcendence. Staged dungeons cleared at your gear level for Arcana cards, materials, and Stigma Shards. We fill the five-player team around you.
Abyss Points. Farmed for your PvP gear and Abyss shop rewards, without the hours of faction warfare.
Hourly Driving. You set the goal, we put in the hours. The flexible option for anything not on the list.
