The new Group Loot system makes it so bosses drop a pool of items that players have to roll for once per cooldown. If you're fortunate, you'll obtain an item that matches your character's needs. If not, you'll have to wait until the next week to try again. Once you've finished a raid, your character is considered "saved." You can no longer roll for goods, trade or receive items, and the item pool is depleted for every saved character in the raid.
The existing raid loot system provides several choices, including:
Aberrus has 9 bosses for players to take on, each requiring individual strategy and approach. Many of the bosses in this raid are newly introduced, but some of them will be familiar to veteran players, such as Shadow of Neltharion.
Aberrus Bosses are:
Mode | Loot from 1-3 Bosses | Loot from 4-5 Bosses | Loot from 6-7 Bosses | Loot from last two bosses |
Normal | 415 ilvl | 418 ilvl | 421 ilvl | 424 ilvl |
Heroic | 428 ilvl | 431 ilvl | 434 ilvl | 437 ilvl |
Mythic | 441 ilvl | 444 ilvl | 447 ilvl | 450 ilvl |
Like in Vault of the Incarnates, certain bosses drop special loot that is considered "Very Rare". This loot contains special bonuses and is a higher ilvl than the normal drops their respective bosses come from.
