Anniversary Black Temple Attunement Unlock

The Black Temple attunement is the classic TBC path to Illidan's fortress, earned through Akama's long quest chain that rewards the Medallion of Karabor. On TBC Classic Anniversary realms the rules have shifted: attunements are account-wide, and several raid gates have been loosened so that finishing the chain is recognized with prestige rather than standing as a hard wall to entry.

• Account-Wide Attunement — On Anniversary realms the attunement is shared across your account, so eligible characters benefit once the chain is done

• Access vs. Prestige — On these realms the attunement no longer strictly locks Black Temple's door; completing it is recognized with a title, so the value is the classic progression and the flex rather than raw access

• Akama's Chain — The progression runs through Shadowmoon Valley with Akama and the Ashtongue, recovering the Ata'mal crystal and earning the Medallion of Karabor

• Raid Prerequisites — Parts of the classic chain tie into other Tier 6-era raids; we organize and clear whatever the Anniversary version requires so you don't have to form the groups

• Hand of A'dal — Completing the Hyjal and Black Temple attunements is historically tied to the coveted Hand of A'dal title; if the title is your goal, we align the order accordingly
