The Hivemind

The Hivemind is one of the most elaborate secret mounts ever built, solved by the WoW Secret Finding Discord in December 2018. It's the first true 5-player mount in the game, with a unique rule: only the four players from your most recent completed ritual can ride with you, and its speed increases 10% per passenger.

• Talisman Prerequisite — You must buy and keep the Talisman of True Treasure Tracking equipped from Griftah in Shattrath's Lower City for nearly every step of the chain

• Four Puzzle Branches — Equipping the talisman makes four items glow, each leading to a separate puzzle: a red fish (Vashj'ir trading game), yellow pyramid (Halls of Origination), green feather (Skyreach constellation puzzle), and blue letter (a seven-letter lore-cipher chain)

• Four Colored Monocles — Each branch rewards one Crystal Monocle — Red, Yellow, Green, or Blue

• Group-Only Finale — The Suramar step needs five players: four wearing the matching monocles to attack the Wild Withered (Rikei, Blom'an, Giluzui, Yorilan), plus a fifth to interrupt their heal

• Account-Wide Reward — Once the final lava-room ritual on the five arcane pads completes, everyone in the group receives the mount permanently

Buy and equip the Talisman of True Treasure Tracking from Griftah in Shattrath — keep it on for the entire chain

1. Complete the four monocle branches — or enough of them for the group to cover all four colors: Vashj'ir, Halls of Origination, Skyreach, and the blue letter chain

2. Assemble a five-player group with each of the four monocle colors covered, plus a fifth interrupter

3. Travel to Suramar and defeat the four Wild Withered, matching each monocle color to the correct target while the fifth player breaks their heal channel

4. Cross the lava room, stand on the five arcane pads, and complete the Hivemind ritual to unlock the mount for everyone
