Revisited Horrific Visions returned in Patch 11.1.5 as a solo or group scenario set in corrupted versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar. You manage a Sanity meter while clearing objectives, with Faceless Masks raising the difficulty tier for better loot — and unlike the original, entries are unlimited, so farming is far more flexible.
