House Level Boost

House Level is a Renown-style track and the backbone of Midnight's player housing system. A Level 1 house is a small box with tight limits; every level raises what you can build and place. Progress is Warband-wide, cosmetic and social only (no character power), and evergreen — it carries forward through the whole Worldsoul Saga with no end state.

• How House XP Actually Works — You earn 10 House XP for each unique decor item you unlock; the same item never grants XP twice, so leveling is a breadth-of-collection effort, not a repeatable grind

• What Levels Unlock — Each level raises your Decor Placement Budget (200 → 250 → 300 → 350+ points), your Room Placement Budget (starting at 19), new room shapes (Square Medium, Daylight Circle, Octagon Large, Square Large), and larger house exteriors

• Level 5 Benchmark — Reaching Level 5 takes roughly 369 unique decor items; higher levels also grant perks like the Hearthlight Armillary and a weekly Arcanostorage Sphere of random curated decor

• Decor Comes From Everywhere — XP-eligible pieces are spread across vendors, neighborhood Favor, professions, dungeon and raid drops, PvP, quests, and achievements — over a thousand items in the catalog give House XP

• Endeavors — Monthly neighborhood events award House XP, Community Coupons, and exclusive themed decor — a major, recurring XP source we complete each cycle

• Progress Never Wasted — Collection XP is saved even if you don't currently own a plot, and all decor unlocks are account-wide across your Warband
