Housing Community Coupons Farm

Community Coupons are the Player Housing currency introduced with Patch 12.0, found in the Miscellaneous tab of your currency window. They're earned from Neighborhood Endeavors — monthly themed events — and spent at Endeavor Traders on decor tied to each month's theme.

• Never Expire — Coupons carry forward permanently between cycles and can be spent at any Endeavor Trader in any neighborhood, anytime — even on decor from previous months' themes, so there's no spend-before-reset pressure

• Warband-Wide Wallet — Any character can earn them and all coupons pool into one shared balance, so alts contribute directly to your total

• Where They Come From — Themed tasks (in the current event's zone) give the most, followed by Generic tasks (dungeons, delves, PvP, gathering) and Neighborhood tasks done in your plot; grouping with neighbors adds a progress multiplier

• What They Buy — Themed decor from the Endeavor Trader (like Pascal-K1N6 for Mechagon), with prices rising as neighborhood milestones unlock higher-tier pieces

• Bonus House XP — Every Endeavor task also grants House XP, so farming coupons levels your house at the same time
