Where It Drops — Cartel-affiliated rare elites have the best drop rate at roughly 5% each, with additional chances from treasures like Overflowing Dumpsters and Slime Pools, Paragon caches, and Undermine fishing
Two Vendors — Skedgit Cinderbangs in southern Undermine sells the mounts, while Ditty Fuzeboy in the Hovel Hill area sells the battle pets
Three Mounts — Asset Advocator, Innovation Investigator, and Margin Manipulator, each 25 Mechanica — and notably Bind-on-Use, so they can even be flipped on the Auction House
Six Battle Pets — Crimson Mechasaur (10), Professor Punch (8), and Blackwater Kegmover, Steamwheedle Flunkie, Mechagopher, and Venture Companyman at 5 each
