Otto Secret Mount Boost

Otto was the final secret mount discovered from the Dragonflight launch roster, hidden behind a puzzle that the Secret Finding community had to crack. It uses the same model as other Ottuk mounts but in a unique light-blue frosty tint.

• Heavy Coin Fishing — The Aquatic Shades toy drops from the Immaculate Sac of Swog Treasures, costing 1 Gold Coin of the Isles — which requires fishing up 75 Copper Coins total, exchanged via The Great Swog in Ohn'ahran Plains

• The Dance Bar Step — Wearing the Aquatic Shades at the Bubble Bath dive bar off the Waking Shores, you dance on the mat until the Dance, Dance 'Til You're Dead debuff expires, then wake up at the Hissing Grotto by an Empty Fish Barrel

• Fill the Barrel — The barrel must be filled in order: 100 Frigid Floe Fish, then 25 Calamitous Carp from the lava near the Obsidian Citadel, then 1 rare Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish by Alge'thar Academy

• Sunglasses Easter Egg — Summoning Otto while wearing the Aquatic Shades makes him wear them too

• Fishing Gear Helps — Iskaaran Harpoon fishing (Renown 7 with Iskaara Tuskarr + Fishing 25) and Perception gear significantly speed up coin and rare-fish farming

• Final Quest — Returning the Overflowing Fish Barrel to the Hissing Grotto spawns Otto and the quest The Way to an Otto's Heart, which rewards the mount

The first step is to acquire the Aquatic Shades toy. You can obtain it by purchasing the Immaculate Sac of Swog Treasures from The Great Swog. To acquire Coins of the Isles, you'll need to fish them up or defeat Lunker mobs. This requires having 7 Renown with Iskaara Tuskarr and 25 Fishing skill.

After obtaining the shades, you should proceed to the Bubble Bath Dive Bar and stand on a dancing mat while wearing them. Your character needs to dance until the Dance, Dance 'Til You're Dead debuff expires, causing your character to faint. Upon waking up, you will receive the Empty Fish Barrel.

The final part of the puzzle involves filling the empty barrel with fish. You'll need 100 Frigid Floe Fish, 25 Calamitous Carp, and 1 Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish. These fish can be found in various regions, so it will take some time to collect them all. Interact with the barrel in your inventory in the order of the fish's rarity, starting with the Frigid Floe Fish. Once you have an Overflowing Fish Barrel, return to the location where you obtained the empty barrel. Otto will then appear and give you a small quest. And there you have it!
