Reins of the Grey Riding Camel Mount Boost

The Grey Riding Camel was added in Cataclysm and remains one of the game's most notorious RNG mounts — the bottleneck isn't a boss fight, it's finding the figurine at all. It's tied for the rarest of the five camel mounts and carries a Feat of Strength and a title most players never see.

• Cataclysm Phase Only — Mysterious Camel Figurines only spawn in the Cataclysm version of Uldum — in the Battle for Azeroth phase you must speak to Zidormi to switch the zone back

• Critter-Sized & Untargetable — The figurines are as small as a critter and can't be found with a /target macro — the search is done entirely by eye

• 5% Teleport Chance — Clicking a figurine has a 5% chance to teleport you to Dormus; the other 95% turn into Crumbled Statue Remnants

• Special Phase Boss — Dormus sits in the Steam Pools in a phase reachable only via the teleport — traveling there normally does nothing; he has ~225k HP and is easily soloable at current level

• Guaranteed Mount Drop — Once Dormus dies, the Reins of the Grey Riding Camel drop at essentially 100%

• Two Extra Rewards — Looting the mount awards the Scourer of the Eternal Sands Feat of Strength and the <The Camel-Hoarder> title, plus progress toward One Hump or Two?

1. Ensure the character is in the Cataclysm phase of Uldum — speak to Zidormi to switch if needed

2. Search Uldum by eye for a Mysterious Camel Figurine — a tiny, unmarked spawn scattered anywhere in the zone

3. Click the figurine — a 5% chance teleports you to the Steam Pools; repeat until the teleport triggers

4. Defeat Dormus the Camel-Hoarder in his special phase within the ~20-minute window

5. Loot the guaranteed Reins of the Grey Riding Camel, claiming the achievement and title automatically
