Remnant of Anguish Farm

Remnant of Anguish is the dedicated currency of Midnight's Prey system — the opt-in open-world hunt feature run by Magister Astalor Bloodsworn in Silvermoon City. It's earned from completing Hunts, ambushing targets, and killing Coalesced Anguish mobs, and spent at the vendors in Astalor's Sanctum on cosmetics, mounts, and decor. It carries across the expansion, with Season 2 adding new rewards to the pool.

• Where It's Spent — Construct V'anore sells mounts, transmog, pets, and toys, while Construct Ali'a sells housing decor; prices range from a few hundred Remnants for a transmog piece up to several thousand for a mount

• Rank-Gated Purchases — Many rewards require a specific Preyseeker's Journey rank before they can be bought, so a pure currency total isn't enough — we push the rank alongside the farm

• Season 2 Addition — Preyhunter's Fury is a new Season 2 mount costing 2,250 Remnant of Anguish and gated behind Preyseeker's Journey Rank 10, one of the headline currency sinks of the patch

• Weekly Hunt Cap — You can run one Hunt per difficulty per zone each week, up to twelve across the four Midnight zones, with the first four each week worth the most Journey progress — so bulk farming is paced across resets by design

• Highest Difficulty Pays Best — Hard and Nightmare Hunts yield the most currency and Journey points, and our team runs the toughest tier your character supports for maximum efficiency

• Profession Overlap — Some recipes cost Remnant of Anguish plus Artisan's Moxie, so the farm can feed Enchanting and Inscription goals too

• Pairs With Delves — Prey also hands out Coffer Key Shards for Restored Coffer Keys, so farming Remnants naturally feeds your Bountiful Delve runs at the same time

• Unlock Required — Prey opens at level 90 after the Midnight campaign via Prey: Astalor's Initiative in Murder Row, which we can complete as an add-on if needed
