Seething Slug Mount Farm

The Seething Slug is a magma slug mount that drops from the Seething Cache at coordinates 32.3, 39.4 in the Zaqali Caldera section of Zaralek Cavern, added in Patch 10.1.0. It's classed as a Zaralek Cavern secret mount — no questline, but a genuinely tricky orb hunt thanks to heavy zone competition.

• 100% Guaranteed Drop — Once the Seething Cache is opened, the Seething Slug drops with a 100% chance

• Three Seething Orbs Required — The cache is invisible until you interact with 3 Seething Orbs around the caldera, tracked by the stacking Insidious Insight buff

• Shared Phase Progress — Orbs and the cache are shared with all players in a phase — if someone loots the cache, progress resets for everyone and the cache goes on cooldown

• Slow Respawns — Seething Orbs have a 2-3+ hour respawn timer and the zone competition is very high, with players racing each other for the orbs

• Account-Wide — The mount is account-bound and accessible on all characters once unlocked — only about 4% of players have it according to Wowhead stats
