Ritual Sites are rotating world events, and this one hides the mount behind a rare that only appears when you search the right kelp piles — with a drop that ultimately comes down to luck. • How the Mount Drops — Searching Washed-Up Kelp piles along Daggerspine Point spawns the Void-Touched Snapdragon rare, and that rare has a chance to drop the mount; we run the piles and the rare repeatedly to chase it

• Weekly-Rotating Site — Daggerspine Point is a rotating Ritual Site, so it's only farmable on the weeks it's active; we farm it while it's up and continue on its next rotation if the drop hasn't come

• Honest on RNG — The mount is a random drop, not a guaranteed unlock, so we run this as a farm-until-it-drops service rather than promising a fixed time; we set clear expectations before we begin
