How Does Loot System work?

The Group Loot system makes it so bosses drop a pool of items that players have to roll for once per cooldown. If you're fortunate, you'll obtain an item that matches your character's needs. If not, you'll have to wait until the next week to try again. Once you've finished a raid, your character is considered "saved." You can no longer roll for goods, trade or receive items, and the item pool is depleted for every saved character in the raid. 

The existing raid loot system provides several choices, including:

• Group loot - this option is the most cost-effective and fastest way to obtain the Great Vault rewards of your choice. You'll roll items with other raiders, but because the system is quite random, we cannot guarantee a specific number of items you'll receive. However, on average, you'll have the opportunity to loot approximately 1-2 items.

• Unsaved Group Loot - With this loot option, we will increase the number of unsaved players in the raid group to provide you with 4-6 items per boss to roll. It will significantly increase your chances of looting items; however, there are no guaranteed items with this option.

• Armor + Token Priority - you'll join a designated number of unsaved boosters (with clear CDs). Every player will be able to loot at least 4 items during the entire run, depending on the number of boosters. Only you will roll for armor and token items that are suitable for your class. Non-set items (neck, rings, trinkets, cloaks, and weapons) will be rolled among you and the other players.

• VIP - Full Priority - this option is the fastest way to gear up. You'll be the only client in the raid group, so you'll receive all suitable loot, including armor and tier set tokens, non-set gear, trinkets, and weapons, without any restrictions.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Q: What is Piloted Boosting?
A: Our Piloted Boosting service allows one of our experienced boosters to login to your World of Warcraft account and take full control of your character until your desired goal is achieved. We will schedule the boosting process to avoid interfering with your game time. 

Q: What is Remote Boosting?
A: Remote Boosting uses a specialized app, allowing our boosters to securely access only to the game without needing login details. Your PC will be unavailable during the boost, but we'll schedule it at a convenient time for you.

Q: What is VPN and how is it used during boosting? 
A: VPN (Virtual Private Network) routes game activity through a secure, encrypted connection, usually mimicking the customer's country connection. This provides an extra layer of security and privacy for your Battle.net account used by our booster during order activities. 

Q: What is LiveStream and how does it work? 
A: We offer a LiveStream option for completing your order where you can see all the processes in real-time with your own eyes. However, LiveStream may be unavailable in some cases due to technical reasons.
