Some mounts are rare because they drop once in a hundred kills. Others are rare because the content that dropped them no longer exists. The Black Market Auction House is where both kinds show up: Madam Goya's NPC-run auction for mounts, pets, and gear the normal economy can't touch, from Invincible and Ashes of Al'ar to the Zul'Gurub raptor and tiger that left the game in 2010.
That's the appeal and the problem. Farm these mounts the normal way and you're looking at one attempt per weekly lockout, often at around a 1% drop chance, for months or years. Wait for the Black Market instead and you're checking a rotating list every day and bidding against players with deep gold reserves. Either way, it's a commitment most players don't have time for. We take on the farm, the watch, or both, so the mount ends up in your collection. Running boosts since 2016: skip the grind, keep the progress.
Location: in Midnight, Madam Goya runs it from Murder Row in Silvermoon City, behind a pillar just outside the Cloak and Dagger.
Max-level only: you need a character at the current level cap to use it.
Rotating listings: items are listed by NPCs, not players, and each auction runs for about a day. What appears and when is unpredictable.
Bidding, not buyout: it works like a regular auction, with a bid cap of 9,999,999 gold. Popular mounts regularly climb into the millions.
Mail delivery: win the auction and the item arrives by in-game mail shortly after it closes.
Remote access: the Encrypted Black Market Radio lets you browse and bid from anywhere in the world.

Weekly farm. We run the boss on your character every lockout. Each kill is a guaranteed attempt, but the drop itself is random, so a ~1% mount can take a few weeks or a few years. Best if you want steady progress at a predictable cost per week.
Black Market. One auction can end the hunt in a day. The catch: listings are random, you can't predict when a specific mount appears, and the final price depends on who else is bidding. Best if you want a specific mount fast and are ready for a gold-heavy finish.
Both at once. For the rarest mounts, we keep the weekly farm running while watching the Black Market, and stop the moment either route delivers.
Legacy mounts. The Swift Razzashi Raptor and Swift Zulian Tiger can't be farmed anymore. The Black Market is the only way to get them, so for these two we work the auction route only.
Not sure which route makes sense for the mount you want? Tell us the mount and your budget, and we'll tell you honestly which one gets you there faster.
