In Diablo 4 Season 15, every boss-specific Unique has exactly one dedicated boss that drops it. The endgame boss ladder consists of five Initiate Lair Bosses opened with Lair Keys, four Greater Lair Bosses opened with Greater Lair Keys, and Belial at the top, who lets you choose any other boss's loot table. Astaroth, Bartuc and Mephisto have their own tables tied to specific activities, and every boss can also drop Mythic Uniques and items from the shared General Unique Pool.
Below, the Mythic Store team lists the dedicated Uniques of every boss for all eight classes, together with the key each boss requires, where to farm the most popular all-class Uniques, and what Season 15 changes about boss loot.
How These Tables Are Built
Blizzard does not publish complete boss loot tables, so drop locations are mapped by the player community, and some items still have conflicting reports. To keep this guide reliable, we only list items whose drop location has been consistently confirmed. Items with conflicting reports are collected in a separate section below.
The tables reflect the loot distribution of Season 14. The 3.2.0 PTR patch notes did not announce changes to existing boss loot tables, so they remain the best reference for Season 15. We will update this guide once the live patch notes are available.
How Boss Loot Works
You fight first and pay later. Lair Bosses can be challenged for free. The key is spent on opening the boss's Hoard after the kill, which contains the guaranteed loot.
Each Hoard guarantees one boss-specific Unique. Additional Uniques can come from the boss's own table or from the General Unique Pool.
Every boss can drop Mythic Uniques. Since Mythic became an item quality, any Unique a boss drops can appear as a Mythic. Belial and the Greater Lair Bosses have better Mythic odds than the Initiate Lair Bosses.
Groups get more loot. Each additional party member adds a 33% chance for an extra Unique.
Higher Torment tiers improve your drops. All Lair Bosses are available from Torment 1, but higher tiers increase both Unique and Mythic chances.
Initiate Lair Bosses drop Greater Lair Keys. Every Initiate Hoard you open moves you up the ladder.
Belial can ambush you. After opening a Lair Boss Hoard, there is a chance that Belial appears. Defeating him drops Betrayer's Husks, which you need to open his own Hoard.

Belial, Lord of Lies
Belial has no loot table of his own. When you open his Hoard, you choose which other Lair Boss's table you want to receive items from, which makes him the most flexible target farm in the game.
Requirement: 2 Betrayer's Husks, which drop from the Belial Ambush that can occur after opening other Lair Boss Hoards.
Guaranteed loot: A Unique from the loot table you select and an Ancestral Unique.
Mythic odds: Belial has the highest Mythic Unique chance among the permanent Lair Bosses.
Spend your Betrayer's Husks on the boss table that contains your most important missing item, especially if that boss is a Greater Lair Boss whose keys are harder to collect.
Astaroth and Bartuc
Astaroth and Bartuc are not part of the Lair Boss ladder. You reach them through their own activities instead of summoning them with keys.

You face Astaroth at the end of an Escalating Nightmare, which you open with an Escalation Sigil.

Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred, is one of the hardest fights in the game. His Hoard requires the Crux of the False Prophet. He has no class-specific Unique table and drops items from the General Unique Pool instead. His main draw is Mythic Seals for your Talisman, and he is the best-known source for them.

Jacinth Shell (Spiritborn): reported from both Echo of Andariel and Lord Zir.
Blood Artisan's Cuirass (Necromancer): reported from Lord Zir, but not consistently confirmed.
Deathspeaker's Pendant (Necromancer): reported from Echo of Varshan, but not consistently confirmed.
The Oculus (Sorcerer) and Morlu Fleshward (Warlock): reported from The Beast in the Ice, but not consistently confirmed.
What Changes for Boss Loot in Season 15
The core boss ladder carries over into Season 15, but several changes affect what you farm and why.
Legacy Uniques. Nine classic items from Diablo, Diablo II and Diablo III join the game, including Leoric's Crown, Stone of Jordan and The Furnace. Blizzard has not yet announced where they drop, so they are not included in the tables above.
Unique versions of Iconic Mythics. Iconic Mythics become obtainable as regular Uniques as well. Their drop sources will be confirmed with the live patch.
Direct Mythic upgrades. The new Horadric Cube recipe turns the exact Unique you insert into its Mythic version with all modifications kept. This makes farming a well-rolled copy of your key Unique from its boss even more valuable.
X'Fal's Corroded Signet. Paladins can no longer equip it in Season 15, so Paladin players have no reason to farm Lord Zir for this ring.
The Corrupted Reaper. This Superior Lair Boss was the seasonal boss of Season 14 and the best Mythic source of that season. Blizzard has not confirmed whether it remains available in Season 15.
New Unique and Mythic Charms. Season 15 adds 16 new Unique Charms, and any Unique Charm can drop as a Mythic Charm. Charms have no targeted farm.
Boss Trophies and Target Farming
Every Lair Boss Hoard can drop a Boss Trophy tied to that boss. Trophies give you two options:
Horadric Cube Amalgamation: combine 5 Boss Trophies of the same type to receive a random Unique from that boss's loot table.
Alchemist conversion: turn Boss Trophies into Lair Keys, which lets you open more Hoards.

If you can kill the boss quickly, converting Trophies into keys usually yields more loot, because each Hoard gives a guaranteed Unique and scales with your Torment tier. The Horadric Cube option is best when a boss is too slow to farm directly or when you only need one more roll from its table.

Which boss drops the most Mythic Uniques in Season 15?
Among the permanent Lair Bosses, Belial has the highest Mythic Unique drop chance, followed by the Greater Lair Bosses. Higher Torment tiers improve your chances at every boss.
Do I need a key to fight a Lair Boss?
No. You can fight Lair Bosses for free. The key is only required to open the boss's Hoard, which contains the guaranteed loot.
How do I get Betrayer's Husks for Belial?
Betrayer's Husks drop from the Belial Ambush, which can occur after you open the Hoard of another Lair Boss. You need 2 Husks to open Belial's own Hoard.
Can I target farm a specific Unique?
