Guaranteed vs. RNG — the honest version

Some of these are a clean job: the Diamond Mechsuit, Ivory Goliathus, and the raid and delve achievement mounts are guaranteed once the content is done. Others are RNG — Ol' Mole Rufus and the rare-spawn drops come down to luck, and the Gladiator bat depends on holding 2400+ on the live ladder. We never sell a random drop as a sure thing. For RNG targets we farm the spawns and drops as many times as it takes, and for a mount like the Fel Bat we agree a realistic plan against your current rating. We'll tell you which bucket your mount sits in before you order.

4. Run starts — self-play (you play your own character with the team) or piloted (we play it for you), your choice where available.

5. Completion — the mount lands on your account and we confirm it's done.

Delivery time

Achievement mounts — the Mechsuit, the delve mounts, the raid metas — are done on a predictable timeline once scheduled. Rare-spawn and low-drop farms have no guaranteed date because they're luck-based; we farm the spawns repeatedly to land them. The Gladiator bat depends on the rated ladder, so we plan it against your rating. We give you a realistic range or a farm-until-it-drops plan for your exact target before you commit — no fake "instant" promise on a rare drop.
