Guaranteed vs. RNG — the honest version

Some collectibles are guaranteed once the work is done: reputation and vendor mounts, achievement and meta rewards, most transmog and titles, and TCG items redeemed by code. Others are RNG — rare raid mounts, low-chance world drops, and Black Market listings that depend on what shows up and who else is bidding. We never sell a random drop as a sure thing. 4. Run starts — self-play (you play your own character with the team) or piloted (we play it for you), your choice where available.

5. Completion — the collectible lands on your account and we confirm it's done.

Delivery time

It depends entirely on the source, and we're straight about it. Achievement, reputation, and vendor collectibles are done on a predictable timeline once scheduled. RNG farms — rare raid mounts, world drops — have no guaranteed date because they're a weekly-locked or low-chance roll; we farm every reset across as many characters as you have to maximize the odds. Black Market items depend on when they list. We give you a realistic range or a farm-until-it-drops plan for your exact target before you commit — no fake "instant" promise on a random drop.
